You may not send spam, phishing, or unlawful content; harass individuals; violate anti-spam or telecommunications laws; or attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls.

3. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Serious abuse may be reported to authorities.
